HDL – UCM Connection Error (HRC – 1035375)

In rare cases, while uploading the HDL file from Data exchange results in HRC-1035375 – A connection to the WebCenter Content Server Couldn’t be established.

Resolution to this error is to raise an SR with Oracle support and ask them for OID services bounce.
